Holiday home ownership questions

All new single holiday home units are issued with a 15 year licence agreement and new twin holiday home units with 30 years. We then look at a potential annual renewal. Please contact us and we will be able to provide you with a copy of the licence agreement terms and conditions which is produced by the BH&HPA.
Owning a holiday home requires the capital investment on the initial purchase. You then have to pay annual pitch fees, rates which includes your refuse and water costs. You have metered gas and electricity charges and you will also have to arrange insurance on your holiday home as detailed within the pitch licence agreement. Contact us for a copy of the current annual charges.
Sarnfaen holiday park is closed from 7th January and opens on the 1st March each year.

The simplest way is to check availability and book online on our Homes to Hire page which details of all the individual holiday homes that are available to book. This allows you to choose one that suits your requirements. If you are unable to use our online booking facility then please call 01341 247241, contact us via the live chat or our Contact page.
We allow a maximum of 2 dogs per holiday home. We also accept any pet that is transported and remains in a cage for its habitat. We do not accept cats unfortunately. Please do contact use for any specific requirements or read our booking terms and conditions.
All holiday homes are fitted with a dedicated Wifi router. This allows unlimited devices to be connected as well as gaming stations. The leisure Club and café also has free Wifi inside.
These are all included within your holiday booking for all registered guests.
All of our holiday homes come with a linen pack that includes linen and bedding for each bed and a bath and hand towel for each guest.
